Congrats on the run KNITTINGREV!!!
My husband left yesterday (Sunday) for a training and doesn't come back until Wednesday so at this point I am trying to keep my head above water, and I'm feeling a little bummed out. My eating hasn't been great and I haven't been exercising.
So, here are my goals for Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
1.) Log my food EVERY day.
2.) Go to Zumba Toning on Thursday and Saturday
3.) Use the elliptical for 60 minutes on Friday.
4.) Get back to the boot camp goals
5.) Maintain drinking 8 glasses of water every day.
Please feel free to do status checks on me to keep me accountable and on Sunday, I'll give a final report and post new goals.
If anyone else wants to post their goals, I'll check in on you too.
