Results from Week 4:

EVERYONE WEIGHED IN!
Red Team won the challenge and earned a 2 pound advantage.
Green Team lost the weigh in and lost 2 members with the lowest percent of weight lost.

Good morning!!
I just weighed in, and despite a few ounces of gain... I am stronger already! I jogged for 30 straight minutes yesterday emoticon .... To me that is huge goal accomplished! I tracked my food and found it hard some days to stay in the calorie range, I was under by several hundred, so ihad a bit more dinner and added some snacks.
If this is my last weigh in, that's okay.... I am on the road I need to on. What an amazing difference these past few weeks have made in my life! I was depressed and down now I have a better outlook-my goals are more defined.

Quick Question - just stay w/i calorie range - not suggested carb/fat/protein right? I am doing a low carb diet and want to be sure I won't be eliminated for being under on carb and over on protein. Thanks!

Good Monday morning!
I was excited to see my name still! Nature reared her ugly head a week early on me, and threw me wwwaaaayyyy off, physically and emotionally.
Tracking food eh? Yuck! Lol
Will do my best. Kids have off from school due to an ice storm and after a crazy weekend, called snow camp! They are exhausted and in much need of sleep. Careering to them will keep me busy. Week 3 of walk you way to a. 5 K starts today. Cannot wait to run! emoticon

Another weigh in tomorrow... I am waiting until tomorrow... I stepped on the scale and it didn't budge! So maybe all the working this week, my body just needs an extra day to let go of of the junk! I wore a smaller size yesterday, pre pregnancy jeans! I was excited, they were still tight, but they zipped, buttoned and I could still breathe! Hahaha

Hope this finds you all well! Thank you Momin09 for taking the time to do this challenge!
I am training for a 5k in June, ending week 1 today... I cannot believe I actually ran 5 minutes of the 20 minute walk the other day! I found a strange peace and long lasting energy doing so! Looking forward to the goals this week.... Good luck! I have 21 minutes of strength training in already today! And now my dd is beating me in super hula hoop on the Wii fit...more cardio! Little stinker emoticon
How are you all doing? And what are your plans to ROCK this week?

The goal is going to be tracked a bit different this week. Since I only have 5 total goals I can make, I just made 2 goals and everyone will track on the same goal and I will just have to seperate everyone out to figure out which team won.

This week's challenge is a 2 part challenge. We are combining both week 1 challenge and week 2 challenge. 30 minutes of cardio 3 times this week and 3 times of strength training (15-20 min session) 3 times this week.

You will have that in these kind of challenges. People sign up and then when it comes time to do the challenge, they don't participate. From now on, you shouldn't have as many. That first week, there are always a lot of eliminations.

Wow 18 people didn't weigh in? That's too bad. We can't let that stop us, let's keep going! For strength training I am doing tapes at home. I love Tamilee's "I Want That Body" series - she also has "I Want Those Arms" "Buns" and "Abs". Good luck all!

Hi everyone! Hopefully everyone is having a great start to their week. There's just nine of us now in team green. Would love to have that two pound advantage this week!! I also do not have a gym access so it'll be resistance bands and free weights for me. I did free weights this morning and I will be looking at different workouts that sparkpeople might have. If any of you have some good workouts with weights I'd love to hear about it.

Good morning team! Wow we lost a few.... I will be more diligent in trying to weigh in Friday, to help the team out. Weekends are hard for me to get online.
Strength Training, eh? What are you planning on doing?
I do not have gym access so.... Using my dumbbells and resistance bands I will do SP routines. I will also do a Turbo Sculpt Tuesday and Thursday, via BEach Body.

I am trying to follow the 17 DD and to help rev my metabolism I drink a hot glass of lemon water first thing in the morning. It an 8 oz cup, hot with 1/2 a lemon squeezed into it.

Hey everyone - I just wanted to tell you about the success I am having with Sout Beach. I started a week ago today and I am down 7lbs. I am tracking calories as well to assure I don't go over, which I think would be easy to do. The Week 1 challenge is posted. It runs Jan. 6- Jan. 12 (please post this by 7PM Central Time-if you haven't accomplished it yet in that day but think that you will, check the box).

Our Week 1 challenge will be to Exercise 30 minutes 3 times this week.

What you need to do to track this goal is to go to our team's main page (Parents of Infants Main Page) and scroll down to the team goals. There is a goal for each team. You will need to join this goal for your correct team. You will need to track this on your own here by going to your main page and clicking on My Trackers. Then click on Other Goals. The goal that you chose for your team should be there. This week you will just have to check the box after you get your 30 minutes in.

Any questions, please post them on the Main Thread for the Biggest Loser Challenge.
