Everyone seemed to like this when we did it in May so I thought we would do it again.
I know that I always have wondered what my calories burned really adds up to. So with this challenge we are going to see how many calories we really burn in a month and what kinds of foods this is equivalent to.
In this challenge you need to record the amount of calories you burned and which food you erased. This is only from exercise calories not calories based on steps you took in the day. You may erase as many or as few items per day as you choose. Once you "erase" a food, put in under the erased section and put the date that you "erased" it. Some items may take more than a day.
