Read it, and was interested on how it focused more on the food intake vs. "taking a pill." I'm lucky in that I love my dairy and drink milk daily, but I know many people just don't like dairy (taste-wise, I guess), and so have to come up with alternative methods of getting it (which it mentions..)

I wanted to let my group know that I am severely sick, my doctors are starting to talk about cancer and treatment, I am trying to get 30 minutes in but I am so sick. I feel like I am letting you down, It is looking more and more like lymphoma. :( I will post when I can do even a few minutes.
