The bonus points can be used to skip states. You have to have the entire amount needed for the state. For example, if you needed 10 hours to get to the next state, then you would need to use 10 bonus points. You can't split the points and exercise time towards a state. So, that same example, you need 20 hours to get to the next state and you only have 10 bonus points. You can't exercise for 10 hours and then use your 10 points.

Hey Mitzy7 I was in the orange team, and then I went to the pink team, that challenge motivated me heaps ended up losing over 20 pounds on that challenge, it was however t the start of my weight loss journey so has slowed down now.
