Hi everyone, I just added some different team goals. There are 4 different team goals. Please use this thread to discuss how you are accomplishing the goals and just sharing with others the goals you are working on. You can share ideas on how to get in your fitness minutes or how to make sure you are drinking enough water.
Also share with others when you are exercising with your children and what type of exercise you are doing. Hope these team goals help provide some motivation to us all.
The team goals as of August 10th with a couple starting on August 12th are as follows:
Aug 12 - Sept 8 - Exercise with your child or children 1 time 3 times per week
Drink 8 cups of water per day
Aug 12 - Sept 8 - Get your bonus spin. 25 sparkpoints each day to receive your bonus spin 1 time per day
Do 400 minutes of fitness activities per month
