I am already up tp 300 minutes in the past 2 weeks so I am for sure going to get to 400 minutes. Gavin (4 mo) loves going on long walks. we normally do on the weekends for 6 miles each time. Water is my best friend so I am killing it on the goal!! Bring it!!!

Glad to see some more people commenting on the team goals. Doing crunches with your 22 month old is a great idea. I have mostly been walking or taking bike rides with my kids. Today we went to the zoo, so we did lots of walking there.

I've been doing pretty good at meeting the goals every day. I missed one day on my bonus spin, but other than that, I drink my water, exercise once a week with the boys and I just made 400 minutes for August.
Today, we walked along the boardwalk and then to town to grab a cup of coffee.

I figured out a fun new way to do crunches that is fun for my 22 month old. I sit on the floor with my legs out straight. He sits on my leg with his butt just past my knees and his feet touching my tummy. We hold hands and take turns leaning back. It also helps my arms and back since I have to pull him up. He thinks this is the funniest thing ever. Last night we did 3 sets of 15. It was a lot of fun and kept me smiling all the way the last crunch.

I only picked the bonus spin challenge, but I drink at least 8 cups of water every day. Even after 4 years it's still hard to do some days.

Trying to maintain my weight in the 145-150 range.

MOMIN09 - you mentioned you were determined to make this work this time, what are you determined to make work?

Is anyone else participating in the team goals, drinking water, exercising with your kids?

I have been walking with my kids. My 5 year old rides his bike, the 3 year old rides his tricycle and I push my 19 month old in the stroller. I must admit the walks are not always as fast because the older kids tend to stop at times and look at stuff or whatever kids do. They are easily distracted. As long as they both keep riding though I usually can walk a pretty good pace and they actually stay ahead of me.

Hi everyone, I just added some different team goals. There are 4 different team goals. Please use this thread to discuss how you are accomplishing the goals and just sharing with others the goals you are working on. You can share ideas on how to get in your fitness minutes or how to make sure you are drinking enough water.
Also share with others when you are exercising with your children and what type of exercise you are doing. Hope these team goals help provide some motivation to us all.
The team goals as of August 10th with a couple starting on August 12th are as follows:

Aug 12 - Sept 8 - Exercise with your child or children 1 time 3 times per week

Drink 8 cups of water per day

Aug 12 - Sept 8 - Get your bonus spin. 25 sparkpoints each day to receive your bonus spin 1 time per day

Do 400 minutes of fitness activities per month
