LUVMYBABY13 - good job on your marathon training. That is great that you are going to do a marathon. Just keep trying on exercising everyday and then eventually maybe you will be exercising more days of the week.
I have been faithful at exercising each day this month though the last 2 days I have not felt like exercising. I basically only did the minimum of 10 minutes each day, but I guess it was better than not doing anything.
I have not thought much about a July challenge. We could repeat this challenge and see if we get some more people interested or we could possibly do a Jillian challenge. I have the 30 day shred video myself, but honestly I think I only did the video once. I attempted to do the video upstairs while people were sleeping downstairs and I figured doing jumping jacks and stuff above people who were sleeping was not a good idea. I never tried the video again. I think more because I found it to be pretty hard. I much prefer my walk away the pounds videos, but I know the Jillian video would probably be better for me. That is an idea for a challenge we will have to think about.
