Thats awesome! Have you always been a runner or are you learning?

I have never been a runner, even as a kid. lol I was thin and active just not into running. But now, I really want to learn. Any tips?

I started my couch to 3K program(you can google it and print it for free) and I feel great. I get to go run and hang out with my best friend. Granted I do it at 4am, but thats how I get time to ME and only me. I am feeling great. I got a stop watch to time myself and a scale. A nice scale for once. I am all set to get goin on this. I say everyone that is giving it an honest go, great job and good luck!!!!
