I like the idea of a stretching one. I am horrible at stretching and I could certainly use it. I neglected to do yesterday's exercise, so I'll do that and then the stretches right after once I get home!

Hi everyone,

I'm in! The holidays are hard enough and I sure could use some motivation. I'll start the workouts tomorrow because I've been doing 30 minutes of cardio on my own this week. I'm trying to setup a daily routine now that my daughter is taking afternoon naps.

Sorry I have missed the challenges so far. I am here now though and ready to go!

I did the 1 set of 15 reps for the lunges and I felt it in my legs even though I don't do complete lunges due to sore knees. Ever since I started doing my mom and baby yoga everyday instead of every once in a while, my knees have been pretty sore. But I still did them. Thanks for the challenge!

I used to do these and after about a week of doing them my right knee would hurt so bad I could barely walk. It's only my right knee and it happens everytime I begin including lungesinto my workout

JLMJSMOM - I really don't have any advice on how to do them differently. I found it under the fitness tab in the Core section. I will look around and find something that works on the same muscle group and let you know.

I did them, but when doing them with my left leg my hip/lower back would pop every time I lowered my leg. Any advice on what to do different? Or an alernative exercise that works the same muscles?

Each day I will post a link to a new Spark fitness video or exercise demo for us to try. I will be taking these directly from Spark under the fitness section, so they will be easy to add to your workout.

I will try to find ones to work a different part of the body each day thru out the week and will list what body part it is targeting.

It's so easy to get side-tracked this time of year so maybe a daily workout will help keep us on track!
