My goals are to keep eating low carb, drink more water, and to do my very careful exercises every other day.
I've had to go with even more gentle exercises than Pilates most of the time, but the physio therapist I had while I was in a physiological rehab center in Oct/Nov did use a modified Swan and another modified Pilates exercise for my program. :-)
