that is a great motivation for your kids to learn a healthier lifestyle and change with what you are changing also. I hope that they learn to love exercise (Play) as much as living and eating healthy as we are learning again later in our lives.

I have two kids. One is 11 and the other is 13. Unfortunately they have pick up some bad habits from me. I have been trying to find a way to get them more motivated to exercise. I found it.
