I am wanting to take up a strength/muscle building program and would love to find someone (female--I have a bf that would likely not be comfortable if I was working out with a guy) that would want to meet up to lift at one of the local gyms. I haven't joined one yet, but am thinking maybe Anytime Fitness Cary because it's the most convenient to me. I run, do yoga/stretching, and have done a lot of Barre classes and bodyweight workouts previously. I am looking to get more into lifting/body building type workouts.
