Friday, June 1st is a good start time and Friday, June 29th as the end date. That way its not on the weekend. So on June 1st, you log in and post your weight. then every friday you post your weight. this will spur us all to be good through the weekend with the reminder of the competition.

Anyone interested in doing a weight loss competition for June? I need something to push me to eat better and be more regular on my exercise.
