I've had my Spark Activity Tracker for 3 days now, and it really does help! I'm so glad I ordered it. One perk, it's cheaper than everything else out there and I've found it much more accurate then your standard pedometer.

My sister-in-law loves her Fit Bit Zip, she uses it all the time! I put the SparkTracker on my Christmas list, too. :)

I have the Fitbit Flex and really find myself doing whatever I can to get to my 10,000 steps a day. They sound very similar.

I want one too! I also thought about the Nike wrist band.

I have a Fitbit; have had it about 2 years now. It has helped me be more aware of how active I am most days. I like the fact that I can track how well I am sleeping with it as well.

I just bought an activity tracker. I have been using it for the last 5 days and it has really pushed me to get 10,000 steps in a day.

I'm thinking about putting one on my Christmas list. Does anyone have one? How do you like it?
