We potty trained at 22months. He went commando in pants with no underwear after the first couple days, but then continued that for about 2 months before he was able to wear underwear. He still (at 26 months) prefers to go commando, which I'm okay with, unless he's wearing less comfortable pants.

I'm actually doing potty training too.. my son just turned 3 and only now its doing a really good job with the number 1, we had couple accidents but now it doesn't happen. We started offering candies if he did go to the potty and than he started to go all the time and we said that only after some time he would get candy .. not all the time ..About the number 2 he did a couple times but now it seems that he is holding too :( sometimes he used to do in the diaper before night time since we put a diaper only for sleeping time but now not even that .. potty training its getting to be a challenge.. i talked to the doctor and he said to don't push to hard.. let him do whenever he is ready..
I can do it! You can do it! We can do it!

So, I'm trying to potty train my 2 year old son. He really gets the point of the potty - as long as we don't put ANYTHING on him. LOL No clothes.. naked baby in the house, all day. He had his first "accident" today where he peed on the floor.. but that is the first in the 3 days that I've been able to do this.
My questions are: How do I get him to get the point when I put underwear on him? (as soon as we put any article of clothing on him he just doesn't go to the potty and will turn it down when you offer it) How do I get him to go #2 in the potty? (he knows what it is but just refuses to do it in the potty, in fact, I think he holds it!)
