I work full-time and have my two toddlers to take care of but I'm really gonna try to succeed at doing 45 minutes of cardio 4 days each week this month for a total of 765 minutes. Plus whatever I can do with weight training. I have hit a plateau and admit I haven't been pushing myself so this challenge may just be what I need :).

9-2-13. 50 minutes elliptical trainer

For this challenge you are just competing against yourself. Think about how many minutes of fitness that you want to do in September, that is your goal. For instance, if you want to do 10 minutes a day 4 times a week, then that's 40 minutes a week, there are 4 weeks (and 2 days) so your goal would be about 160 minutes.

Check in every few days and update your progress. You can copy and past the template below, or make your own.
