Glad I was able to get 5 points this week. Having a hard time with my recommendations for calories, fat, carbs, protein SparkPeople gave me. Sometimes I'll hit what I they say I need in all the categories, but most of the time I'm well below on my calories and carbs because I just get so full from what I've been eating (healthy foods of course) I can't eat anymore. My trainer says I'm going good and I'm feeling satisfied with how much I've been taking in.

Quite pleased with my results. This is my first week back on SP, so I know most of the weight is water, but it still feels good to see the scale move. I stayed in range most days. I only went over a smidgen on Tuesday, and yesterday I had a lot of events to attend, so I knew it would be a treat day. I managed to get the fruits and veggies in everyday but one, so thats great. All in all, I feel it was a successful challenge. I'm looking forward to next week, since exercise is where I struggle sometimes, but I talked to my husband's aunt about being walking buddies, and we're supposed to start tomorrow, so the timing is perfect.
