I know it's hard but you can do it! Set aside a time for yourself everyday to get your workout in even if it starts out with just 20 min a day at first. For me it's 5:30am before anyone else gets up. Your worth it!

I am finding it really difficult to exercise everyday. I do really well for a few days and then I just come up with every excuse not to. Any ideas???
