I have always had this issue, ever since having my five children in seven years. does anyone have a hard time sleeping because they cant stop thinking about working out and what they are going to eat the next day?

Oh my goodness I am definitely having this issue! I go to the gym right after work at 9 or 10 pm. So of course I'm drinking water late! It means alot of broken sleep. Damned if I do, damned if I don't!

I've done really well with drinking more water. On the days I work out I average about 10 8oz servings. Other days 8 or 9. However, I find myself waking up in the middle of the night to go. I do try to limit my intake at night in hopes of avoiding this but it doesn't seem to matter. Suddenly I have a bladder the size of a bumblebee. Anyone else have this issue? Did your body adjust to the extra fluid? Any advice? Thanks... ~The Piddler (hahaha I couldn't resist)
