Do I have ANY bad habits....Well, I hate to say all of the ones lsted so far! hahahaha!! I really struggle with: 1. procrastination 2. I hate housework (this is where lots of procrastination comes in) 3. nighttime eating, when everyone is in bed and I have quiet time, my first thought is "What can I have for me?"

I bite my nails some times and some times I let them grow, I want to snack when im upset, I quit smoking October of last year quit cold turkey, was on steriods for my asthma every day and I quit taking them October of last year, and have a real bad case of being set in my ways and being heard headed, and latley I have been staying up too late and sleeping all day
I sometimes stress eat and I often stay up way too late and don't get enough sleep. I am working on both since they are both part of the reason that I am here needing to lose weight in the first place.

I coulda written less if you would have asked if I have any good habits :). I smoke, I swear, I have a horrible caffiene addiction, I am a video game addict, I make up excuses to myself why I cant excersize or eat healthy, lol Im a big ball of bad habits.
~Procrastination.....if I can put it off until the last minute, I will. ~I have the worst sweet-tooth. If it's cake or cake-like, watch out! ~I don't bite my nails, but I peel them. If I find a small crack, I'll pick & pick at it until I can peel it and then tear it off. Horrible, I know, but I just can't seem to stop.
I never started smoking and don't care to drink so while friends of mine have worked to stop these I've had the nail biting struggle. I had no desire or inkling to really stop until I saw my 2 year old chewing on her nails. That was the last straw. I stopped within a week. Her dad had bought me a 4 in 1 file/buffer for my nails at the mall. I started keeping them trimmed short and buffed pretty so that they were too pretty to bite. I have not chewed or bit them in over 5 years.
Some people go the fake route but that tears up your nails and the paints and stuff that some people can slow growth and strength. EVEN the growth formula ones. The buffing helped keep them clean shiny(more than clear polish can do). I made sure to carry around nail clippers to cut off any breaks over biting them off. I found that was my biggest issue with it later. I will still try to bite them off if I can't get to clippers but I do not chew on them. I haven't managed to stop putting it between my two front teeth when nervous or anxious though but at least I'm not biting on them.
For my bad habits: Procrastination is my biggest one. skimping out on my skin and teeth care. :( computer time I need to spend less time online
I managed to bust the workout procrastination the past 2 weeks and saw great results. A couple more weeks and it should be habit(but a GOOD one).
