I lost 6 pounds this week. I went down to 196 before vacation but seemed to gain 4 pounds back while on vacation. I did not drink my water but ate well the whole time. So I came back this week, drank at least 10 glasses of water a day, hit the gym at least one hour a day and lost 6 pounds. I also stayed on the low of under side of my calories range. YAHHHHH!

No weight loss again this week. Once again, I wasn't expecting any. I increased my swimming this week and it seems to be that when I do this, I don't lose, but drop a big number the next week. I lost 1 inch of my waist this week, so the scale should follow soon.

I am doing pretty good. I have lost around 13 pounds in the past 2 1/2 months so not to bad. I hope to get back under 200 pounds before Thanksgiving.

No weight loss this week. I wasn't expecting any either. I've discovered that when I increase my program and get mild muscle soreness, I lose some centimetres, but no weight. The next week I drop the weight. So here's hoping for next week. I'm keen to get out of the 80s.

After gaining slightly last week, I lost 0.6 kg this week (about 1.3 pounds). Since I restarted, I've lost over 10 lbs.

I weighed in early this week, since I am now down in SC and wasn't able to attend my WW meeting. I lost 1.4 pounds!

Despite exercising and eating OK, I steadily gained weight last year. I finally went to the doctor and have been diagnosed as having a hypothyroid condition. I am now being medicated and can't believe how much better I feel. I restarted on 18 March 2010 at 87.5 kg and a waist of 93.5 cm. I promptly gained weight for the next 2 weeks (I think it was in response to being able to exercise more). So far, I have lost 3.4 kg and 7 cm. I have no choice now, any weight loss is going to be slow, but at least it's happening.

I started at 296... went down to 287 ... now back up to 296 again... I am eating between 1450 to 1700 most days.. (trying to keep it on the low end) I have just had surgery so i am doing well to just walk once in a while slow walks until i am released to go back to the swimming pool (once the incision heals)for water aerobics
I am a bit frustrated that it can go up and down so much... I am not measuring myself for a month (as recommended on the site) we will see how I do Soooo i am back to where i was.

That great and so proud for you. Keep it up and we can do it together. What is so frustrating for me is I started out originally 3 yr ago at 260 and lost down to 199 but with family issues I allowed myself to put 35 pounds back on so I have lost almost 9 of those and still have a ways to go. If I did it before though I can do it again and I will.

What are you burning calorie wise with cardio compared to what you intaking. Sometimes you might need to intake more calories to help jump start the losing.

We have been doing a challenge on my Married Life team on posting our weight and inches lost and thought it would be a good idea for us here as well. Put in a starting weight along with waist, bust, hips, neck and any other places you would like to show and let see how we do. So far for me in the month of April I had lost 7 lbs and it really helped me by posting each week even if you go up or down I think it will remotivate up to keep on going with our goals. Also list a goal you would like to meet each week as well and let us know how you do. Let's encouage each other as often as we can and get this team into losing.
