I had a blast! This is what started a fitness routine for me, and I have found I love to exercise. I'm up to 45-50min of cardio in the am, and then I do the videos at night after the kids are down which helps settle me down for the night. I'm actually going to follow the Sweatsuit to Swimsuit bootcamp 7day plan (b/c it's different videos) so that I can keep up with my new routine. I weigh in tomorrow, so I'll know better what the numbers show then, but I feel great and know that even if the scale doesn't show it, I can feel it, and I can see it - by G*d, I almost have clavicles! :)

I enjoyed it but personally I get much more out of the workouts at the health club and I know I am getting more and more fit from all the exercise I do now compared to what I had done for decades!

well today is the last day! How did everyone fair? I am going to view my results tonight. I definitely see changes for the better. I have definition in my abs and muscle in my arms and legs. Still a ways to go but a good start!

I am feeling stronger and more confident. As far as weight loss goes, not much is changing. I know it will come though because when I feel stronger, I move around more and that will eventually be helping.

Glad you are doing so good with the bootcamp. I am seeing results too. good luck with the surgery and remember to let your body heal completely so you don't hurt yourself more.

I'm loving the bootcamp!!! I haven't seen much on the scale, but my pants today were starting to fall down. I have felt "good sore" since starting the bootcamp b/c each week I put a little more effort into each workout.

This is the thing that got me to start working out in the first place. emoticon emoticon

On a side note...I'm having minor surgery Friday and won't be working out for a couple of days and I'm nervous about losing momentum. I hope I've built up a good base to just pick back up as soon as I can.

I will send you an invite to the sparkteam. It's a sparkteam where everyday you do a short video then do 30 minutes of cardio of your choice. They throw in bonus challenges too.

I hadn't started yet but I signed up. It is easier for me to get started with these things after school goes back in session and Christmas break is over. That happened yesterday. Yay!

Yes, I have been doing the bootcamp since it started. I have managed to do the workouts everyday! This is really helping me to stay motivated and exercise every day.

Got thru week one, except for drinking less caffeine, my one REAL weakness. But usually just tea w/ sweet'n'low, so not too bad.
That Ab video HURT!! Guess I need more of that. I lost 3 pounds on the first week! On to week to. Now time for my walk!

I have been doing the boot camp since it began. It has given me the motivation I needed to workout every day. I use to think that I didn't have time, but with the short workout videos I am able to find the time every day. My kids love it too because I have more energy to do things with them.

I love these boot camp videos and that ab workout was great! Look forward to these every day, especially since they don't take much time! I've done them with 2 different grandchildren on 2 different days!

I AM DOING THE BOOTCAMP TOO. I THINK IT IS CHALLENING AND FUN. MY KIDS WERE GOING TO DO SUNDAY'S WORKOUT WITH ME BUT, STARTED LAUGHING (AT ME) TO HARD TO DO IT. THE REST OF THE WEEK THEY HAVE CAME HOME FROM SCHOOL AND DID THE VIDEO THEMSELVES. emoticon IT'S A GREAT WORKOUT FOR THEM WHEN IT'S TO COLD TO GO OUTSIDE.

I have been doing the bootcamp too...and I am lovin' it!!! Off to a good start for the New Year, Bootcamp everyday, and started going to the gym on my lunches everyday...Also trying to make an extra effort to read a story to the kids every night. They are only little for a while right, I don't want to wake up and say I should have....anyway 2010 is our year team!!!

Day 4 down! whoa that was a workout. Did the video 3 times. For cardio I did Jillian Michael's fitness ultimatum 2010 for the DS circuit training on hard level for 30 minutes. Feels like I am gonna die. emoticon emoticon It's not hard to get your water in with her. She's a lean mean machine.

day 3 upper body work out emoticon
close arm wall pushups 2 sets of 15 emoticon
41 minutes on elliptical at gym emoticon

Calves are very sore from day 1 and 2 bootcamp
shoulders are sore from training for pull ups

I joined too. Anything to "pressure" me into exercising after I am tired from working! I can't manage to get up early to do it but as long as I do it, that is all that matters.

I did the boot camp video yesterday too - not too bad except the jumping over the line with both feet fast, I modified that one. Amazing all the things that go on with this site!
