anyone up for a holiday challenge? Anything you want to accomplish by Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years? Looking for ideas. Need to lose inches, pounds, etc. Trying to run faster, do more pushups, add another 20 minutes to your routine? Get into a smaller size dress, jeans? Want to target a problem area?

that sounds great too! anyone else with any ideas?

actually, maybe we could put the "Me Time" idea in the discussion forum. This way it can be ongoing from month to month. I think everyone would like posting this on a regular basis.

I am new so not sure - but does it have to be fitness related? Could it be things like; say something nice about yourself. Turn off everything distracting for 30 mins and spend time on yourself. Bath, read, nails, whatever it might be. "ME Time" I know as a mother "ME Time" is hard to find.

Try something new. New workout, New Food

I'm taking ideas for next month's challenges. Let me know what you want to work on.

My idea is a challenge to find a way to add exercise to your daily routine. Not regular exercise. More like bonus exercise. For instance, park at the end of the parking lot when you go to the grocery or make an extra trip to the laundry room when doing laundry. Maybe, doing some calf raises on the stairs.
