Despite my best intentions at the beginning of the month, my excercise (especially cardio) has been sporadic to say the least!! I will start again with week 3 and go from there.

I'm on an exercise high too! I have created a 4 day personl boot camp this week- I am on day 2 and enjoying it!

Count me in!! I have been a bit awol this past few weeks, but I'm ready to get back into the game. As usual I am tracking my calories burned as well. I'm off to a slow start, but here goes~

8/1- 22m /250c (WO Video)

5/13/09- Lose 20# in 10 weeks: DONE!
6/1/09-Lose 25# by Anniversary! 6/4: a little late, but DONE!!
7/4/09-Lose 35#, pass half-way point, Not embarassed to wear shorts!

I do it twice a week and then 3 times a week a straight cardio workout. But I also vary it week to week, so it's never the same.

You could do it up to 4 times a week & then, on the other day(s), do straight cardio. If you're doing HIT(high intensity) it's recommended only twice a week.

Circuit training is great! Two in one workout! And it's a good way to mix things up. I do circuits a couple times a week.

This should not be a problem. I know I can do it. It is just doing it. I have 3 day of Cardio planned & 2 day of Strength planned. What do you think about Curcit Training?My gym has a Curcit Room too.
