Thanks for the compliment. I have been working hard because I really believe that I can succeed this time. This past week has been really, really hard because I was going over on my calories almost every day. When I did my weigh-in this morning, I followed the instructions for resetting my calories thinking that I didn't know how I was going to manage because it might go down and I was failing to meet my goal right now. Well, I found out that somehow my calories got messed up because now I have a max of 400 more calories than I had before. I thought I was down to 2000 - 2070 cals/day, but now my cals are 2140 - 2490 per day. I don't know what happened, but it explains why it was SO hard all of the sudden to meet my calorie goal.

I know it may seem that way. The idea behind this challenge is to help out those who aren't sure how to go about the whole dieting process (or should I say lifestyle change). It also helps keep us senior dieters in check. If we have to account for these things on a daily basis we are less likely to get off track. If you have some ideas to add to the list feel free. We could all use a challenge to help us along the way.

Hey it's okay to blow it once in a while just try to limit it. Try to get the coworkers to go somewhere with better choices. I recently got my coworkers to do a biggest loser contest so now we are all on the same track as for as the diet goes lol. My plan worked yay! So now there isn't as much temptation at work.

For Thurs
1) I don't drink soda
2) sure did-45 min cardio, 30 min walking
3) it's rare that I eat out anymore
4) short about 200 calories
5) drowned myself! emoticon
6) I'm vegetarian so, yes, I ate my emoticon & emoticon

My answers for thursday

Did you have soft drinks today? NO WAY!!!
Did you exercise today? YEP 120 minutes
Did you eat out today? Was it a healthy choice? NOPE I cooked
Did you stay within caloric range? no went over my sugar was a little low but only by 200.
Did you drink your water? yep as usual, all i drink besides milk
Did you eat your fruits and veggies? none here.
