Being that I'm an older Mom I listen to a lot of 80's and 90's rock, and I'm a big fan of Zumba Fitness so I also have a lot of salsa and reggaton on my iPod. But I guess these could be considered Pop -- Gwen Stefani : The Sweet Escape Big Ali, Bob Sinclar & Dollar Man : Rock This Party (Everybody Dance) Black Eyed Peas : Let's Get It Started Daughtry : (anything) Fergie : Clumsy Fergie : Big Girls Don't Cry The Fray : You Found Me The Fray : How to Save a Life Leona Lewis : Bleeding Love OneRepublic : Apologize P!nk : Get the Party Started Flo Rida : Right Round

Flyleaf is Pop? I didn't know that! I have them on my iPod because it's Christian music. I'm not a big fan of pop, but I listen to some when I do cardio, because I have to have something upbeat. Here are a few on my playlist now: "Perfect People" - Natalie Grant "Beautiful" - Pink "Sober" - Pink "Please Don't Leave Me" - Pink

This sounds like fun, but I typically only listen to country. I will have to ask my daughter tomorrow about some good pop song suggestions! Luckily I can still give it a try by going to the pop music channel on Direct TV;)

Okay first challenge is a weekly workout music theme. Starting monday we will be working out to pop music. Please list your favorite pop songs here. That way we can all get a change in music to spruce up our routine.
I'll start it off and just add to the list. Next week we will try it out and let everyone know how it went and then we can work on the theme and list for the following week. How does that sound?
Pop songs list:
Artist: Song: Flyleaf All Around Me Fall Out Boys Beat it Christina Aguilera Fighter Miley Cyrus Fly on a Wall Gavin Degraw Im in love with a girl Let's Dance Vanessa Hudgens
Can't wait to see what you guys list? I need a refresh on my music.
