Okay first challenge is a weekly workout music theme.
Starting monday we will be working out to pop music. Please list your favorite pop songs here. That way we can all get a change in music to spruce up our routine.
I'll start it off and just add to the list. Next week we will try it out and let everyone know how it went and then we can work on the theme and list for the following week. How does that sound?
