Running is hard but doesn't it feel GREAT!! I never would have thought I'd enjoy it as much as I do.

I hate to do abs work. It seems the only time I do them is when they are part of a challenge. So forgive me, please, if I make them a daily challenge too much!

Anyway, I did 1 set of 10 of regular crunches, 1 set of 10 bicycle crunches and 5 planks held for 6 seconds.

I do 2 sets of crunches with and without twists. I guess I should probably do more, but right now I am training to run a 5k. Wish me luck. This running thing is ALOT harder than I thought!

I did the bicycle crunch 1 set 12 reps, reverse crunch 2 sets 12 reps, crunch with twist 1 set 12 reps each side and two planks, Plus the 100 crunches each day. Woo!

Abs!!

Do a minimum of 2 sets of any abs exercises.

How many sets & reps did you do? What kind of exercises?
