There was a request that there be different challenges based on fitness levels. So, here is an advanced challenge.
20 miles per week for the 4 weeks of September. Whether it's on the treadmill, bicycle, elliptical, road races, etc. you're choice. Make sure to log your time into your fitness trackers as well.
I'm sure there are those of you out there who do a lot more than this anyway but this is a great place to start and we'll see how far we can go
. If there are a lot of people who far exceed the 20 mi/week - perhaps in October we will increase it.
Challenges begin on Sept. 1 - have fun and keep everyone posted.
