But I do want to encourage you if you are not already to measure each month. I got discouraged and almost quit because of the scale and I new I had to be losing. So someone suggested measuring also. If you are exercising intensely then you are probably gaining muscle as you are losing fat in just the right proportion that the scale doesn't show it. Measuring helps me see the inches and that I am changing for the better whether the scale says so or not. Also if you are burning a great deal of cals working out make sure you are eating enough. not eating enough can stump your weight loss. Just some thoughts, you may have heard or thought of already.
