Thanks for posting that. I believe in doing whatever we can to make a difference in what we buy and that's why I too always buy from my local produce store. I know what they put on it and it is helping them too.

I needed to hear this today. Went to a party yesterday where there were helium baloons. The kids wanted to let them go outside so I talked a little bit about pollution in our water and if you dont throw garbage on the ground, why would you throw it into the sky? Initially the kids were chastened, but later I saw them outside with the balloons.

Hopefully, someday, they'll realize.

Sometimes we forget how powerful we really are. It feels like sometimes we are alone in a world driven by capitalism controlling our food supply like Monsanto company. But remember, that as we choose to live organically and make our purchasing decisions likewise we are part of a world movement. I don't know who said it but I just heard this quote: "those who think they are too small to make a difference never spent the night in a room with a mosquito." Keep it up my friends together as we choose to live healthy, free from the poisons they are pushing while spreading knowledge among those we know we can change the world.
