I have frozen fava beans in my freezer, I will probably make a soup with them. I have to admit I like the canned ones to make a quick couscous with... but I'm avoiding processed foods so haven't had them in a while.
The CSA didn't have a great variety this morning, and they were encouraging us to try fava beans. I knew I wouldn't have time to try something new this week, but I might get some next week. Any suggestions or experience with fresh fava beans?
