I've bought many and read tons online. As someone mentioned, not just one covers it all. Unfortunately with hormones everyone is different. I suggest trolling the library and/or bookstore to read which targets your more bothersome symptoms and start there. As the body changes through the years so will your bothersome symptoms. You'll just need to listen to your body and adjust accordingly. I did like "PCOS for Dummies" though. Good ground info. Also, there are PCOS online communities. I've joined several. I been dealing with my symptoms for over 33 yrs now.

I have looked through so many pcos books and I have found some good ones but,
I think a lot of people with this condition would benefit from more than 1 book about pcos.
I borrowed multiple books from my local library and I am hoping if I have the money to
purchase some. I can't specifically recommend one particular book at the moment but,
I can maybe later come back with the list of books I looked through!
I've been reading The Ultimate PCOS Handbook, which I recommend :D
It's not specific to PCOS, but it covers insulin resistance really well and goes into a lot of detail about how a grain-centric, processed carb diet has affected civilisation.
The author is a journalist and there are heaps of references for everything and he interviewed about 500-600 experts on the subject.
Good calories, bad calories by Gary Taubes.
I'm less than a quarter in but a colleague recommended it and so far, so good and I'm reading it on Kindle!
I have a website with loads of PCOS info www.mypcos.info Please stop by!

I've read the PCOS for dummies and just bought the other one mentioned. Any other books anyone knows about for PCOS?

I just picked up the PCOS for dummies and how to manage pcos. I just started pcos for dummies and so far ive learned alittle bit more about it then what ive gotten on most websites.
There are alot on Amazon.
However, a fellow Sparker, gave me title, it's called, "The New Glucose Revolution Guide to Living Well with PCOS"
It talks about what the body is going through as well as how to properly take care of ourselves. I actually just bought mine and I love it so far!
Can anyone suggest a good book to read on PCOS? especially one for kindle?
