It's not specific to PCOS, but it covers insulin resistance really well and goes into a lot of detail about how a grain-centric, processed carb diet has affected civilisation.

The author is a journalist and there are heaps of references for everything and he interviewed about 500-600 experts on the subject.

Good calories, bad calories by Gary Taubes.

I'm less than a quarter in but a colleague recommended it and so far, so good and I'm reading it on Kindle!

I have a website with loads of PCOS info www.mypcos.info Please stop by!

I've read the PCOS for dummies and just bought the other one mentioned. Any other books anyone knows about for PCOS?

Hi!

There are alot on Amazon.

However, a fellow Sparker, gave me title, it's called, "The New Glucose Revolution Guide to Living Well with PCOS"

It talks about what the body is going through as well as how to properly take care of ourselves. I actually just bought mine and I love it so far!
