Hang in there. I have had a few of the biospies but never had a D + C. I hope that the procedure goes smoothly.

I've had a D & C and I had no problems. At the time I was exercising regularly and was able to continue exercising a few days after the D & C. Best of luck to you.

I had two D&C's w/ biopsy's done last year. The first time I had it done I was over 300 pounds and everything went fine. I was a little groggy when I woke up and a little nauseous from the anesthesia but that was it. I recovered quickly both times. I was scared before getting my first done too but it wasn't bad at all.

Why didn't the biopsy work? I had a biopsy last year and it was pretty quick and painless. Can you try another doctor for another try at a biopsy? I never had a D & C before but have a couple friends that had one after miscarriages and both did fine during and after.

So I went to get the biopsy today via a pelvic but it didn't work out. Therefore my Dr scheduled a D & C which I'm horrified about, I'm over weight andim afraid I won't wake up. He can't do the surgery until this is done and the results come back. Anyone had this done?? I am still working out 3-5x a wk at the gym and I'm working hard to keep losing weight. I'm just having a bad day. And could use some advice. Thanx.
