Wow, you've got a lot on your plate right now...marriage, health, future planning...
My suggestion would be to give yourself time to figure out what works for you, rather than pilling on even more pressure.
A useful techinique might be to figure out the top 2 or 3 important things to you right now, focus on those items and promise yourself that you'll put the other thoughts on the back-burner for a month (of until after the wedding).
