Wow, you've got a lot on your plate right now...marriage, health, future planning...
My suggestion would be to give yourself time to figure out what works for you, rather than pilling on even more pressure.
A useful techinique might be to figure out the top 2 or 3 important things to you right now, focus on those items and promise yourself that you'll put the other thoughts on the back-burner for a month (of until after the wedding).

There's no emoticon for confetti.... darn.
wishing you happiness in your future.

I had scoliosis as a child. The doctors had me in a back brace for three years b/c I refused surgery. I also have PCOS. After being married for 20 years and 2 kids later I can personally assure you that anything is possible. I was never diagnosed with PCOS until 2 years ago. So even though it took time to get pregnant I never thought I had a problem. My doctor told me when I was diagnosed that both my kids were miracles!

All I have to offer is that a low carb diet is the recommended diet for PCOS/insulin resistance.

It helps with the carb cravings, helps with being hungry all the time, helps reduce the amt of insulin in the blood so everything works better. HTH, Kitty
