Lots of water, and believe it or not losing weight. I know I have heard it for ages, but since going to a low carb whole foods diet people say my skin glows. I used to have bad acne and huge ones too, but like i said after losing some weight and the only thing I drink is water and 2 cups of decaf a day, only around period time do I get a couple small pimples. Also make sure you wash your face in the morning and in the evening before going to bed. Sounds nutty but the more processed and impure things we put into our bodies, does take a toll on it.
