I think that the doctor is just doing a CBC to check things out. I thought that a CBC was a complete blood check at your overall health? Checking like your iron level, etc. I am new to PCOS but I think that it simply means that you don't have diabetes. There are other symptoms to PCOS that they go by from my understanding, but like I said, I was recently diagnosed and I may be talking out of my butt.
I would say that is GREAT news but the comment about CBC is confusing as it is the complete blood count (CBC) - a measurement of size, number, and maturity of the different blood cells in a specific volume of blood. I would ask your doctor to be a little bit more specific if I was you.
