I have been on the Insulite system for about 3 weeks now. I am also taking Metformin and DCI. I haven't noticed a big difference. I just stopped BCP about 2 weeks ago, so the real test will be whether I have regular periods or not.
The one thing that I am not sure about is that they recommend only 60-80 grams of carbs a day, which seems really low to me. I have been trying to get around 150 grams a day, which is recommended for type 2 diabetes (which I don't have). I am not sure if eating that few carbs is healthy... Everyone seems to have an opionion on that, but 150 seems reasonable and is a number used by mainstream medical professionals.
I haven't tried it myself, but I looked into it before and the plan is pretty sound! I personally think that it is possible to put together something yourself, but having everything done for you in a neat package, and including the follow-up/accountability/support, it's a pretty good plan.
I'm glad that things are working for you so quickly!

I was wondering if anyone else on here had tried or is using the Insulite PCOS system. I have been on it for about two weeks and I have to admit that I do feel better and feel like I have more energy despite quite a few recent life crises. If anyone else is using this could you tell me about your results, I'm curious if I am doing the right thing for myself.
