After I ovulate, my breasts hurt until my period starts- very painful!

You might look up Vitex- Chaste extract. I don't know if I'm allowed to post links, but you should read the reviews here: http://www.vitacost.com/natures-way-vitex-
fruit

I just ordered this stuff, so I'll let you know if it works this cycle for reducing some of that pain! :)

Definitely have issues. Often I think it is PMS, but of course no menses so it lasts for (what seems like) forever. I never connected it to PCOS,. Have always been told I have "dense breast tissue" and a tendency toward fibrous cysts of the breast.

And I am often told to have mammograms every six months instead of annually. In the past 9 years I have probably only had 3 years w/out mammograms every 6 months. Had a needle biopsy for a palpable lump (turned out benign) last Spring and now the marker hurts more often than not.

I get this, too. It gets so bad that it hurts when I turn the steering wheel and my arm brushes against one. No fun! And I'm not sure why this happens.

This is common for me as well. Recently I had where they felt very heavy and hurt to the point I slept in a bra for about a week. I'd never had it that bad, I don't know if that means I actually have some hormones now or what, but hope it means it's a good thing.

I know...probably TMI. But, with the fluctuations in my hormones I also have issues with my girls feeling tender and sometimes a big soggier than usual. Is this unique to me? Just curious.
