May I ask how you know? Is it an at-home test or ??? Metformin doesn't usually induce periods for me, I have to have additional medications for that and when I took the at-home ovulation test and never saw any results or change, so I had to get a blood test to actually find out if I did!!

Not sure on the ovulating, but I do know once I take the Metformin my cycles become a lot more regular. Before, Metformin I could go up to 6 months without a cycle. With the Metformin, I at least have a cycle every month.

So I started taking metformin almost a month ago, after 10 days of 750 mg at night I am up to 1500mg a day. And almost a week ago I started showing signs of ovualting!!!!! Has anyone else who was put on metformin started ovualting that quickly?
