I would just make sure you aren't exercising on an empty stomach - preferably fueling with proteins and simple carbs 30-60 minutes prior to exercising. Get lots of water ahead of time and hopefully that should help it. Chat with your GP though just to be sure.
Lost 65lbs in 15 months to get healthy and in top shape to try to get pregnant, and succeeded! Had our first baby in February 2013!
