I work nights too, and I find usually my best workout time actually is before I go to sleep. I try to focus my biggest intensity workouts on my days off though, and these ones be more relaxed. If you are working that many days a week though, you may be better off finding ways to work exercise into your workday, or doing so right when you wake up.
Lost 65lbs in 15 months to get healthy and in top shape to try to get pregnant, and succeeded! Had our first baby in February 2013!
