If you can't dedicate a full 30 mins of exercise at a time...try breaking it up into 3 sets of 10 mins or even 6 sets of 5 mins. Maybe try doing jumping jacks, lunges, and jogging in place to get your heart rate up?
Is there any way you can add activity into your work? Maybe not a hard-core workout ("hold on staff, I need to hit the showers" lol) but even just standing more if you're sitting, parking in the back of the parking lot to walk further, on your break doing squats or going up a flight of stairs? Or would getting 30 minutes less sleep be manageable if you're giving it up for exercise?

I prefer working out in mornings before work because it energizes me for the day. I do work out at night too, but usually try to do it at least 2 hours before bed time so that I am not wired when I try to lay down.
Interested in joining a team, I lead the following teams:
I work nights too, and I find usually my best workout time actually is before I go to sleep. I try to focus my biggest intensity workouts on my days off though, and these ones be more relaxed. If you are working that many days a week though, you may be better off finding ways to work exercise into your workday, or doing so right when you wake up.
Lost 65lbs in 15 months to get healthy and in top shape to try to get pregnant, and succeeded! Had our first baby in February 2013!
I only gained 32lbs in my pregnancy (and immediately lost half within a few weeks of his birth). April 1st is my full restart date.

If I was you I would walk about 30 mins after I woke up. You can start off your work day feeling refreshed and feel good knowing that you made time to exercise and if wont affect you being able to sleep.
I am in need of some advice. I am having a hard time finding time to exercise. I work 12 hours a day, 5 to 6 days a week. I work 630 pm to 630 am. Then, I usually sleep from 800 am to 2 pm. It only leaves me a little bit of time to do anything else. I had thought about trying to walk before I go to bed, but I worry this may prevent me from being able to sleep. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
