Thanks for the support. I have to say I am proud of myself for being so strong following this. But I must say the fast weight loss just amazes me. I am worried about the next phases, and Im sure I'll need another round but I'm giving it my all. Hopefully I can make that life change and not go back to bad habits. Its so hard to change. Just so happy I finally found something that seems to work.

I'm happy to hear you are doing so well! I've done two rounds of HCG in the past and I think it definitely works if you can keep your head in the right place. You also need to be very committed to following the phase II and phase III part of the protocol. I lost about 20 lbs. each round but was terrible at doing the full phase II and phase III so a lot of that second 20 lb loss was the same 20 from the first round. All in all I lost 27 lbs., but sadly I gained it all back in three months. I blame my lack of following the plan for the gain though. I didn't change my eating habits or change my behavior to maintain the loss.

I loved that I lost the weight so quickly and I felt really good because I was eating so cleanly. I just needed to change my mindset. I thought I could just go back to eating the same way I did before and the weight would stay off - which isn't true no matter what diet plan you are following.

Anyway, keep doing awesome!! I know how hard it can be... Just keep your goal in sight and follow the Protocol to the end. Good luck!

So far I'm feeling good. As of today I've lost 11lbs and a total of 12 inches! :) And this is only my first week. I'm not going to lie, the first few days were kinda rough. I mean you are only allowed 500 calories a day and have to eat the foods on the list. I know this sounds like you're eating enough but its not that bad. I guess this stuff really does what its suppose too. I'll try and keep everyone updated.

Hi everyone, I'm just curious if anyone has tried the HCG diet and if so how has it worked for you. I'm currently on Day 6 of the 40 day protocol and using the drops. I'm also following the diet plan per my nutrionalist. So far I have lost 10lbs. Anyway would love to have some feedback.
