I was told to read The Glycemic Index Diet for Dummies as a starting point. I'm still reading a book about PCOS as I have been just diagnosed so I can't tell you if this book is good but it specifically states PCOS and came highly recommended.
I did a long time ago, but it just didn't work for me. I also have the book - The gi Diet by Rick Gallop.

I would love to try, but need to find a book on it so that I may be better able to follow the guidelines.

PCOS can affect our weight, fertility, and many other factors. Studies have shown that a reduction in our weight could lead to a reduction in symptoms. One diet that has been recommended to women with PCOS is the GI Diet. So I am wondering what the team members have experienced with this particular diet and were they successful with it. If possible please include a link where you have gotten your best Gi Diet info.
