PCOS can affect our weight, fertility, and many other factors. Studies have shown that a reduction in our weight could lead to a reduction in symptoms. One diet that has been recommended to women with PCOS is the GI Diet. So I am wondering what the team members have experienced with this particular diet and were they successful with it. If possible please include a link where you have gotten your best Gi Diet info.
