Well I'm just sucking at getting in the fruits and veggies the last few day. I'm out of everything but 2 brown mushy bananas and some apples. I really need to get to the store for some fruits.

Yeah, the veggies are a tough one for me too. That sounds like a good challenge for me too. :-) I'd be glad if I could get in 3 veggies and 3 fruits. :-)

I do OK on the fruit.. For breakfast I usually have a cup of something, usually berries, and that's two. Right? So I need to get the 3rd.. And I try to get a veggie in at lunch, usually tomato or carrots and then I usually only get 1 more at dinner so it's the veggies that I really need to work on..

There is a Halloween challenge already.. LOL..

I'll do the September one... Since the last 3-4 challenges I have set a weight and not made it, for this one I'm going to set it to get 2-3 fruit and 3-4 veggies servings a day...

My september challenge is to exercise (cardio and weights) four times a week, no matter what.

I know Cingy works out a lot anyways lol emoticon so is anyone up to this?
