I do OK on the fruit.. For breakfast I usually have a cup of something, usually berries, and that's two. Right? So I need to get the 3rd.. And I try to get a veggie in at lunch, usually tomato or carrots and then I usually only get 1 more at dinner so it's the veggies that I really need to work on..
