What's are challenge for this month? This is February and the newness of keeping resolutions sometimes wears off. I would suggest a consistency challenge that consist of any of the following:
- Log food, feelings, and exercise everyday
- Do at least 20 minutes of exercise daily
- Get an accountability partner
