It has been an eventful month. Working out 6-out-of-7 days per week average has met that part of my goal. The other bonus is that I have lost 10 pounds this month because of all the extra activity.

My clothing is a really awesome sports bra I ordered in the wrong size. I would love to be able to wear it.

As far as toning my arms, I am doing a deep water fitness class 3 times a week and am working with weights in the gym 3 other days a week on the rest of the bod.

My clothing is a dress I bought a year ago. I can now get it on, but cannot zip it up all the way. I will wear it this summer!

I will strength train at least 3 days this week. I have to schedule it in in order to do it, but I will!

emoticon for the clothing, I have a skirt I would love to wear, but it looks weird on me because it's too tight, so we'll shoot for that!

I will use my band and weights I have at home to work my arms.

I have a skirt in my closet I would love to fit into again, but not sure I can do it in a month...guess I will try my best though!

Love this idea!!!!!

I don't want to wear anything in my closet - all clothes I have been wearing for far too long. I do have a jean skirt that I am months away from wearing but it might fit by summer! I have a pair of capris that are tight soil will go for those or a new pair a size down from my 22 size now!!!!

I will walk 3 days a week and wii fit 2 days a week to get there!!!

Lets “Spring into April”!!!! This is a two part challenge. emoticon

First, pick out a peice of tight clothing that you have been saving, in hopes to wear again someday. Doesn’t matter what it is.. shirt, blouse, shorts, pants, dress, skirt, swim suit.. anything goes! emoticon

Second, strength train your arms 3x a week doing at least 3 sets and 20 reps of each exercise. emoticon

Our goal is to be able to wear our selected peice of clothing by April 30th. Summer is 2 months away, so lets get our arms tank top ready starting now! emoticon

Please share what peice of clothing you have chosen and how you will strength train your arms. emoticon

I have chosen a pair of levis (no stretch) that I can’t wear comfortably because of my muffin belly that pokes out too much on top. I will use my 3lb dumbbells and my exercise band to work on my arms at home. At the gym, I will make myself use the circuit/ strength training equipment and stop favoring cardio all the time.
