This weekend I did part of my mini challenge and took clothes to the rescue mission. Today my gym bag is packed and ready to go right after work so I can work on my exercise challenge. Have a great day ladies!
This is an excellent idea. My challenge this month is to exercise 5 days a week. At least 3 days at the gym and 2 runs (3 miles.) Eat my 5 servings of veg and fruit daily and ..... I also want to be faithful to my promise for lent which will be no sugar (fruits not included but no juice) and no meat (fish only).
'My challenges are 1. finish up the 15th-to-the-15th challenge; 2. walk at least 2 miles per day; 3. make sure I getat least 8 hours of sleep a night; and 4. make a food donation run to the food bank at least twice this month!
