Feb. 28th. will see a new me! I will be actively losing to have lost 3lbs by then.
A mini challenge to accomplish by Valentine's Day, will be to get back to my 10,000 steps a day.Only getting in around 5000 now. It is winter and I DO live in New England!
Goal #1.I will be eating 7 freggies a day with no excuses
Goal #2. I will be preparing meals ahead each week forat least 5 lunches and 3 dinners
28th.Mini challenge- I will use not only my Food Tracker, but also journaling my foods on paper.
