My challenges: 1. Move my body every single day 2. Get my carb intake lower and cut out sugar.

Mini challenge- Start couch to 5k again and stick to it so I can run in the Power up for PCOS 5k in September! I have my first day of couch to 5k starting tomorrow!

This weekend I did part of my mini challenge and took clothes to the rescue mission. Today my gym bag is packed and ready to go right after work so I can work on my exercise challenge. Have a great day ladies!

Feb. 28th. will see a new me! I will be actively losing to have lost 3lbs by then.

A mini challenge to accomplish by Valentine's Day, will be to get back to my 10,000 steps a day.Only getting in around 5000 now. It is winter and I DO live in New England!

My challenges:
Goal #1.I will be eating 7 freggies a day with no excuses
Goal #2. I will be preparing meals ahead each week forat least 5 lunches and 3 dinners

28th.Mini challenge- I will use not only my Food Tracker, but also journaling my foods on paper.

This is an excellent idea. My challenge this month is to exercise 5 days a week. At least 3 days at the gym and 2 runs (3 miles.) Eat my 5 servings of veg and fruit daily and ..... I also want to be faithful to my promise for lent which will be no sugar (fruits not included but no juice) and no meat (fish only).

I love it!

'My challenges are 1. finish up the 15th-to-the-15th challenge; 2. walk at least 2 miles per day; 3. make sure I getat least 8 hours of sleep a night; and 4. make a food donation run to the food bank at least twice this month!

Refuse to be beaten by inanimate objects, inflexible minds, and incompetent practices.

Happy February! Lets make our own challenges and try to accomplish them by Feb. 28th.

Also, make one mini challenge for yourself to accomplish by Valentine's Day.

My challenges: 1. Exercise 3 days each week in the month of February. 2. Weigh 170lbs by Feb 28th.

Mini challenge- Collect more clothing for the homeless and deliver to them to the OC Rescue Mission by Feb. 14th.
