I am pleased to say that there is a new 15th-to-the-15th Challenge. This time, the goal is to work on the "bat wings."
The challenge is to measure your upper arms at the beginning of each week and complete Coach Nicole's 9-minute Seated Arm and Shoulder Workout at least 3 times each (5 times is better, but you need to accommodate what works for you). You can report your results each week as well as any comments you may have.
From January 15th through February 15th your challenge is to do a minimum of 15 minutes of abdomenal work (through crunches, leg lifts, sit-ups, or whatever you are most comfortable with) at least three times per week.
