I just did my measurements for the week and am down to 16.5 inches in my right upper arm, down a total of 2 inches since I began this journey.

Day 3 of the video and am really feeling the muscles in the trapezius and the underarms. I hope the progress I get to measure is as evident as my awareness of these muscles.

I have completed the video 3 times so far and am really feeling it...in a good way! I can't wait for the first measurement. Hope you are seeing good results from your efforts!

I am pleased to say that there is a new 15th-to-the-15th Challenge. This time, the goal is to work on the "bat wings."

The challenge is to measure your upper arms at the beginning of each week and complete Coach Nicole's 9-minute Seated Arm and Shoulder Workout at least 3 times each (5 times is better, but you need to accommodate what works for you). You can report your results each week as well as any comments you may have.

Walked a mile at 5 MPH and then did 40 leg lifts. Very pleased, but very sore!

Here we go! Ready for a challenge?

From January 15th through February 15th your challenge is to do a minimum of 15 minutes of abdomenal work (through crunches, leg lifts, sit-ups, or whatever you are most comfortable with) at least three times per week.
