As we approach the very challenging holiday season, I am setting myself a 3 specific tasks for myself to help me stay focused on my 3 goals. They are as follows:
1. I will honor my goal to continue on my healthy food plan by building calories into days that have planned events so I can indulge in a favorite treat without going over my daily food targets.
2. I will respect my body by continuing to do physical activity that fits into my exercise plan, even if I have to do it 10 minutes at a time.
3. I will spend time completing my daily SparkPeople tasks to make sure I earn my daily points, work on my personal blog, and fulfill my duties to my SparkFriends.
I know these will be challenging, because I am traveling during the holidays (by car - 12 hours each way), but I feel confident that I will be able to be successful because I have set these goals for myself (I always do better when I am specific with myself).
