The first day of Fall is September 22nd and I was thinking that would be the perfect time to start a new challenge. I'm hoping this can be more of a competition with multiple teams, if enough people sign up.
- Each week each individual will set their own 3 mini goals (get in 3 serving of fruit/veggies each day, add in 10 minutes of exercise each day, etc). They will then track their progress each week. Each goal that is accomplished will be worth so many points.
- Each member will track how much water they drink trying to get in 64oz a day. Points will be awarded based on the number of cups reached.
- There will be a challenge each week to promote team bonding. This will not require any physical activity.
I want everyone to be able to participate in this challenge, so I'm hoping you will sign up. Our summer challenge went well and I'm hoping this one can as well.
